Azteca strongly believes that our employees are the key ingredient to our success, past, present and most definitely future. In order for us to continue to fuel our expansion plans both today and tomorrow we must seek out spicy talent that is willing to join an energetic, fun loving, people pleasing, service oriented team.

Azteca Mexican Restaurants was founded on September 16, 1974. To this date, the founder and his brothers continue to oversee the operations of the company. The Ramos Family has since grown to include the daughters of the owners, who have assumed executive roles. The Ramos Family is known by many for the opportunities they have extended to many of its employees. To this date the only partnerships the Family has offered have been to employees of Azteca. All of the partners have once been dishwashers, cooks, servers, etc. of Azteca.

What did it take to become a partner? Dedication, loyalty and a passion to provide excellent service and great food in a family atmosphere for all to enjoy!
