Fiesta Platter
8 mini ground beef chimichangas, 8 cheese quesadillas, 12 picadillo flautas, 12 picadillo taquito rancheros, and 16 chicken taquitos. Served with sour cream, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, chips, and homemade salsa. (Picadillo is a combination of shredded beef and pork)

Vegetarian Fiesta Platter
8 cheese quesadillas, 8 veggie quesadillas, 8 spinach and Monterrey Jack cheese flautas, 8 rancho bean, cheese and onion mini chimichangas, carrots and celery. Served with your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing, sour cream, fresh guacamole, pico de gallo, chips, and homemade salsa.
