Azteca Mexican Restaurants was founded on September 16th, 1974. To this date the founder and his brothers continue to oversee the operations of the company. The Ramos Family has since grown to include the sons of the owners whom assume the operational positions from District Managers to the V.P. of Operations. The Ramos Family is known by many for the opportunities they have extended to many of their employees. To this date the only partnerships The Family has offered have been to employees of Azteca. All of the partners have once been dishwashers, cooks, servers, etc. of Azteca.
