Create your personal Azteca Entree
Want to sample Azteca entrees but prefer a little less? Azteca offers menu
alternatives to create entrees to your own health preferences.
Many Azteca entrees are served with refried beans and Mexican rice. Great alternatives are
Aztecas Rancho (cholesterol-free) beans boiled with a pinch of salt and onion
and
steamed white rice, prepared with peas, carrots, a dash of salt, garlic and mild jalapeno
pepper. Just ask your waitperson to make the change!
Azteca recommends the following sautéed favorites

Arroz con Pollo
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a light tomato sauce with mushrooms and onions. Served over rice and melted Monterey Jack cheese. (Not served with beans.)
Try! Requesting your chicken broiled and your vegetables blanched! Ask for the dish served over steamed white rice. This dish can be served with or without cheese.

Chicken Carnitas
Grilled chicken breasts with green peppers, tomatoes and onions. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans and guacamole.
Try! Your chicken broiled and your vegetables blanched! Remember Rancho (cholesterol-free) beans and steamed white rice. Forgo the guacamole if you like.

Fajitas Steak, Chicken, Shrimp or Pork-
Fajitas are served sizzling hot over a bed of sautéed onions and green peppers. Served with rice, beans, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, cheddar cheese and tortillas.
Try! Your onions and peppers blanched! Or for an additional charge, substitute our vegetable mix of mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, broccoli and baby corn. Dont forget ordering Rancho (cholesterol-free) beans and steamed white rice. You decide on the guacamole and sour cream!

Macho Burrito
A super flour tortilla filled with rice, beans and a choice of ground beef, chicken, picadillo, chili verde, or chili colorado. Smothered with burrito sauce and cheddar cheese. Garnished with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and Cotija Mexican cheese.
Try! Broiled Chicken, cholesterol-free Rancho beans and steamed white rice!

Fajita Salad
A garden salad generously topped with choice of steak, chicken or shrimp fajitas. Garnished with mushrooms, avocado and sliced egg.
