    GUEST COUNT: A guaranteed number of people attending must be confirmed at least 72 hours (3 Days) prior to your reservation for staffing and ordering. If your guest count decreases under the minimum number needed for your requested room, you may be moved to a smaller room due to business needs. Food minimums must still be met in the room you are in. If your number decreases enough not to meet the minimum people required to completely reserve a room, there may be other parties seated in the same room if business needs require it. CANCELLATIONS: We require a 3-day notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made within the 3-day timeframe are free of charge. Cancellations made 0-72 hours prior to your event will incur a 25% charge to the credit card on file. A 2-week notice of cancellation is required for all December reservations in order to accommodate holiday parties. OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVERAGE: No outside food or beverages are allowed other than cake/cupcakes. We do not allow ice cream or any dessert that Azteca carries. If you choose to provide a cake, we ask that you supply the paper plates and utensils. BEVERAGE SERVICE: In an effort to control liquor consumption, all drinks will be served to your party by your waitstaff. Drinks cannot be carried from the bar to the dining room. DECORATIONS: We allow you to arrive 1 hour early to set up your decorations if necessary. Service will not start until your reserved time. No tacks, nails or staples. All decorations must be in good taste as we are a family restaurant and minors are present. We ask that you take down all decorations after your event. No open flames. DAMAGES: Any damages caused to our facility will be billed accordingly. NO CONFETTI. A $25 confetti charge will be applied to the main check.

    FOOD MINIMUM GUARANTEE: There is a $10 per person food minimum. PAYMENT INFORMATION: We take all major credit cards and cash. Checks are only permitted with advance approval from management. A credit card is required to secure your reservation. The credit card on file will be charged the per person food minimum or the actual bill, whichever is greater. All parties will have one check. Alcoholic beverages may be on separate checks with management’s prior approval. If separate drink checks are requested and tabs are left unsettled, any outstanding balances will be applied to the credit card on file. GRATUITY: An 18% gratuity is applied to all private banquet room events. All service charges collected go directly to your servers and their support staff. ONE CHECK FOR FOOD: One check is required for all food in our banquet rooms. All parties over 50 must chose a buffet option.
