Dine-in Menus

Lunch and Dinner menus are served with your choice of Soft Drink, Iced Tea, Coffee or Lemonade. Lunch is served with cup of Azteca Diablo Chowder. Dinner menus include your choice of Azteca Diablo Chowder or chicken Caesar salad, plus your choice of Churros, Flan, or Chocolate Mousse. Choose the menu below that best suits your banquet needs. Your guests can then choose one entree from the selected menu.

Azteca Excepcional
Plato Mexicano
Chicken taquito (crisp corn tortilla filled with chicken), carne asada (filet of skirt steak charbroiled), chile relleno (cheese stuffed poblano chile, fried in a light egg better, topped with Azteca's special salsa and cotija cheese) and jalisco-style enchilada (filled with jack cheese and dipped in a sauce of mild chiles and seasonings with onion and Cotija cheese). A palatable combination of Mexican favorites.

El Tampico
Chicken Milanesa (grilled chicken breast lightly breaded and topped with molcajete sauce), pollo fundido (rolled four tortilla, soft or crispy, and filled with seasoned chicken, smothered with Jalapeño cream cheese and melted American cheese), and chile relleno (cheese stuffed poblano chile, fried in a light egg batter, topped with Azteca’s special salsa and Cotija cheese).

Pepe's Platter
Tender Stuffed Chicken Breast filled with spinach, mushrooms, pico de gallo and Jack cheese. Topped with Molcajete sauce. Jalisco-style enchilada (filled with Jack cheese and dipped in a sauce of mild chiles and seasonings with onion and Cotija cheese), and Pepe’s Papas (potatoes prepared with California
chiles and seasonings).

Azteca Fantastico
Grilled Chicken or Steak Fajitas
Marinated steak or marinated fresh chicken, with sauteed garden-fresh vegetables. Accompanied by Rancho beans, pico de gallo, fresh guacamole, sour cream, rice and warm tortillas.

Arroz con Pollo
A classic Azteca dish! Tender strips of boneless breast of chicken sauteed in a zesty, light tomato sauce with onions
and mushrooms. Served over a bed of Mexican rice and Monterrey Jack cheese. Your choice of corn or flour tortillas. (not served with beans)

Mariscos Mexicanos
Choice of shrimp or scallops sauteed with green peppers and onions in your choice of zesty Azteca salsa or chipotle sauce. Served with Mexican rice, refried or rancho beans and your choice of corn or flour tortillas.

Azteca Tradicional
Taco Salad
A Mexican classic! Served in fresh flour tortilla bowl with your choice of chicken, ground beef, or picadillo. Topped with crisp shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.

Tostada
A crispy corn tortilla layered with picadillo or chicken or ground beef, choice of Ranch or refried beans, crisp lettuce, Jack cheese, tomatoes, fresh guacamole and sour cream.
